UK Delivery

Standard delivery to UK customers by courier or by Royal Mail is free, and takes 2-3 working days.

Next day delivery - upgrade for an extra £4.95. Your order will be delivered on the next working day. All next day deliveries are fully trackable so you'll be able to follow the progress of your delivery.

We also offer a Saturday delivery service at an extra charge of £6.50. Next working day means Monday to Friday unless it is a public holiday. Next day delivery is not available to Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland

When your order is despatched we will send you an email which will include the tracking number and the link so you can follow progress, if appropriate. If you need any help with your delivery please call us, we'd be pleased to contact the couriers on your behalf.

Please note - we occasionally use Amazon as our delivery agent for a few selected items and postcodes - you will be emailed with details of the delivery when the order is placed.  

If you order before 3 p.m. Monday - Friday your order will be despatched on the same day. If you have missed the 3 p.m. deadline and need an item urgently, do email or call us - for most of our products we can take orders up to 6 p.m. but we can't guarantee this for all items. This does not apply to items being delivered by Amazon which are picked and packed within 24 hours of the order being placed regardless of the day of the week.

International Deliveries

We use a combination of Royal Mail's International Signed For service, and a courier service. You will receive an email when you place the order informing you of the delivery method, and any tracking number. We cannot guarantee a delivery time but our experience is that most parcels for Europe arrive within 3 days (Republic of Ireland often next day) and the USA 5 days.

90 Day Free No Quibble Returns

All our products are very carefully chosen for their style, quality and price. We are really - genuinely - proud of every bag and accessory that we sell and we hope you'll be thrilled when it arrives. But if you do want to return an item for any reason we offer a fast, efficient no quibble returns guarantee. And for items delivered in the UK that cost more than £20 we even pay the return postage. 

You have a full three months to tell us that you want to return an item.  To organise a return, please login to your account, click on "Completed Orders" and click on "Return Item".  Fill in the required information and submit the return request; you'll then receive a postage paid returns label by email for you to use.   Alternatively you can telephone us or write to us to ask for the returns documents to be sent to you.  If you prefer, you can simply post the package back to us at the address on the package.  

We process all refunds on the day the item arrives back with us, so you should experience a quick and easy returns service. Please help us by returning all the original packaging and tags with the items being returned.  

If after your purchase you have any problems with your purchase, even if it is outside the initial 90 day returns period, or you are unhappy with our service in any way, please contact us.  We need your feedback, good or bad, to help us to keep improving our products and service.  And hopefully we'll be able to resolve any issues you have promptly and efficiently.

Please note: we do not refund special delivery charges or the cost of international postage; we are not responsible for items lost in transit from you to us or any damage the occurs during the return process. If the item returned shows signs of use or is not in a re-saleable condition, we will contact you by email and either return the item to you or offer a partial refund.
