Thank you for visiting Perfect Bags for Men. Here are our terms and conditions for customers who buy from our website. If you need advice or assistance please email us on [email protected]


Your order will be despatched on the day you order, if you order before 2:30 p.m. on a working day (Monday to Friday). Otherwise your order will be despatched on the next working day.

For UK Customers we offer two delivery options: standard delivery and next day. Standard delivery is free, and will be delivered by Royal Mail or by courier, and will arrive 1-3 days after despatch. Next day delivery means delivery on the next working day (i.e. not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays). Delivery will be by Royal Mail special delivery, or by courier. We will email you the tracking number so you can watch the progress of your delivery. Next day delivery is not available for orders from Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, or AB postcodes.

For international customers, we use Royal Mail International service, or occasionally a courier depending on the item purchased. We will email you to advise you of the tracking number so you can follow the progress of the international deliveries.

We accept payment by credit card using SagePay's secure payment processing. SagePay accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.

All prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) for which we are responsible as the seller. The price you pay will be the price shown plus any additional delivery charge (e.g. for international deliveries). Please note that recipients outside of the European Union may have to pay import duty or other taxes which we are not responsible for.


If you want to return an item please notify us within 90 days of your order. If you are a UK customer we will send you a postage paid label to use. International customers must pay the return postage.  To notify us of a return please email [email protected] quoting your order number on the subject line.

All items must be returned with all original packaging and tags. We understand you will have unpacked the item, but please make sure you return all the original packaging. All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be unused and in good condition.

Please note we do not refund delivery charges. We are not responsible for items lost in transit from you to us. If the item returned shows signs of use or is not in a resaleable condition, we will contact you by email to notify you.

We refund only to the credit or debit card, or Paypal account used on the original purchase. Refunds are processed on the day the item arrives back with us and we will send you an email informing you of the refund.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display each item as accurately as possible, particularly with regard to the colour. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, and in general we quote the dimensions supplied by the manufacturer. All measurements are in centimetres.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


We will not share your personal information with any third party, except those that are necessary to complete the transaction, specifically SagePay and our couriers.
